Shipping

We work with international suppliers, so standard shipping usually takes between 10 and 15 business days from order confirmation, unless a different timeframe is shown on the product page. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return, in line with the EU right of withdrawal. Email us at jaumeamerr@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. The product must be unused and, whenever possible, in its original packaging. Once we've verified the return, we'll process your refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, send us photos and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.
